The Bainbridge run leaves downtown from Colman Dock and takes about thirty-five minutes across open water. The view back at the skyline from the stern deck is the one people remember, and it costs a few dollars as a foot passenger.
As a stop on its own we treat it as a round trip: over, twenty minutes in Winslow, and back. If you want the island properly, that is a half-day.
