Home / Groups
Fifteen to forty people, arriving at the same time, in the same mood.
Most private tour operators in Seattle have one minibus. Moving thirty people means splitting them across two companies, or putting them on a coach that cannot get up the hill to Kerry Park. We run several vans off one dispatch board, which is the same thing we do every morning at the airport.
One convoy, one clock
Vehicles leave together, stop together and are dispatched from one board. Nobody stands at Kerry Park waiting for the other van.
One price and one invoice
You get a single quote for the whole movement, not a per-vehicle bill you have to reconcile afterwards.
The same drivers all day
The vehicle that collects you is the vehicle that takes you home. No handover, no second briefing, nothing left in the wrong van.
Indicative, six hours
What a group day costs before we have talked.
| Group | Vehicles | Six hours | Per head |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15 guests | 2 vehicles | $2,340 | $156 |
| 20 guests | 2 vehicles | $2,340 | $117 |
| 24 guests | 2 vehicles | $2,340 | $98 |
| 28 guests | 2 vehicles | $2,340 | $84 |
| 34 guests | 3 vehicles | $3,510 | $103 |
| 40 guests | 3 vehicles | $3,510 | $88 |
Fourteen-seat vehicles at the standard rate, multiplied. Real group quotes usually come in under this — tell us the shape of the day and we will sharpen it.
What we run these for
- ✓Weddings — guest shuttles between hotel and venue, and the couple's own vehicle
- ✓Family reunions — one day out that three generations can all sit down in
- ✓Corporate offsites — Woodinville, Boeing or the islands, invoiced properly
- ✓Conference groups — repeat runs on a fixed timetable
- ✓Cruise groups — a whole party off one ship, back before all aboard
What we need to quote properly
Numbers, date, the hard deadline if there is one, where everyone is staying, and whether luggage is travelling. Anything else we can work out on the phone in five minutes.
For weddings we will also ask about the licence status of the venue and whether alcohol is being carried — our insurance treats those differently, and it is better asked now than on the day.
