What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request a day we collect your name, mobile number, and — if you give it — your email address, together with the details of the trip you asked about: date, times, guest count, pickup point, the places you selected and any notes you wrote.

Why we collect it

To quote for your trip, to confirm it, and to run it on the day. That is the only reason. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing, and we never share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone.

Who processes it

Enquiries from this site are received and stored in Lead Friendly, the customer system our company uses, which acts as our processor. Our website is hosted by Vercel, whose servers see the technical details any browser sends when it loads a page, such as your IP address. On the pages with a booking form (the home page and the booking page) your browser loads Google's address-suggestion script when the page opens, and when you type into a pickup or drop-off address box those characters are sent to Google's Places API so it can suggest matching addresses. Google handles that under its own privacy policy and does not receive your name, phone number or enquiry. The maps on our place pages and home page are drawn from map images served by CARTO, so CARTO's servers see your IP address and the area of the map being shown.

Analytics

We record page views on this site — the page address, the referring page, the time, your browser language and a random per-visit id kept in your browser's session storage — through our own first-party beacon, sent to the same Lead Friendly system. We use no advertising cookies and set no cross-site advertising identifiers. Apart from the hosting, address-suggestion and map services described above, no third party receives your browsing data from this website.

Text messages

If you tick the SMS box we will text you about your booking, roughly three to five messages per trip. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking anything. See our SMS terms for the full programme description.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and insurance purposes, and then deleted.

Your choices

Write to us at the address on the contact page and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in a state with a consumer privacy statute, those rights apply and we will honour them regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
