A wedding does not need a tour. It needs vehicles that are already waiting when the photographs overrun, that know the venue has a single-lane approach, and that keep running the hotel loop until the last guest is home. That is an hourly booking, not a transfer, and it is the thing this side of the business is built to do.
Booked by the hour, not by the trip
The vehicle is yours for the window. It waits through the ceremony, runs the hotel loop as many times as it takes, and does not re-quote because the timings moved.
One dispatch board
Several vehicles on a large wedding leave together and are tracked together. Nobody is left at the hotel because the second driver took a different route.
The same driver all day
No shift handover in the middle of a reception. The person who collected the family at noon is the person taking them home.

What planners ask us first
Whether we can be named on the venue's paperwork, and whether we carry alcohol. Ask us for a certificate of insurance and we will have our broker issue one to the venue directly.
Tell us early if alcohol is travelling in the vehicle or the venue is unlicensed — our cover treats those differently, and it is a far better conversation now than on the morning.

Before you ask for a quote
Four answers get you a real number.
The date, the guest count, where the hotel block is, and the hard deadline if there is one. Vehicles and hours come out of that. Published rates are on the rates page; weddings are quoted by hand because the shape of the day decides the cost, not the mileage.
