Who we are

This website is operated by Seattle Van And Limo Services LLC (WA UBI 605 582 125), trading as Tours in Seattle and as Shuttle Seattle. Contact details are on our contact page.

What we sell

Private hire of a vehicle with a driver, for a stated window of hours, on a stated date. The price quoted is for the whole vehicle and your party alone. We do not currently sell individual seats on shared departures.

Bookings and prices

A request made through this website is not a confirmed booking. We confirm by email, and the booking exists once we have confirmed it and you have paid the deposit or balance we ask for. The price we confirm is fixed: it does not change because of traffic, weather or the route taking longer than expected. It does change if you ask for extra hours on the day, at the additional-hour rate on our rates page.

What is not included

Park entry fees, attraction and museum tickets, tasting fees, meals and gratuities are not included unless we have said so in writing. Each tour page lists the ones that apply.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Inside 24 hours we will offer to move the booking before charging anything. If we cancel — for a road closure, a vehicle fault, or weather that makes the route unsafe — you get a full refund or another date, your choice.

Delays and things outside our control

We plan around ferry timetables, mountain road openings and cruise disembarkation times, none of which we control. If one of them changes your day we will reroute rather than abandon it, and we will tell you as soon as we know.

Conduct and safety

Seat belts are worn. Our drivers may end a hire without refund if a passenger is abusive, unsafe, or in a condition that puts the vehicle or other passengers at risk. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the vehicles.

Alcohol

On wine trips, guests must be 21 or over and may be asked for identification by the venue, not by us. Alcohol may not be consumed in the vehicle.

Liability

We carry commercial passenger insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for missed flights or sailings where the cause was outside our control, which is why we build in a margin and ask you to as well.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
