The Rainy Day
Five hours in Seattle without going outside more than you want to.
It rains here. Not usually hard, but often, and a day built around viewpoints is a day spent looking at cloud. This one is built the other way round: every stop is indoors, and the vehicle is warm and waiting between them.
We assemble it with you from Chihuly, MoPOP, the Museum of Flight, the Volunteer Park Conservatory and the Market's lower levels — and if the sky clears at eleven we will happily throw the plan away and drive to Kerry Park.
